Return Policy
Returns/Unclaimed/Refused: 1) You may incur a 30% restocking fee on returns over $299.99. 2) Unclaimed or Refused shipments will incur a 30% restocking fee. 3) Altered garments or used items are not returnable 4) Shipping charges are not refundable 5) Returns must be authorized by Superior Pad Outfitters 6) Claims must be made within 7 days from receipt 7) Items must be returned pre-paid, by you, unless prior arrangements are made. 8) Please allow up to 10 business days to process credits. 9) NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations: 1) Once an order is finalized, it can not be canceled. To Make a Return: To make a return, email customercare@superiorpads.com. Include your name, order number and items you would like to return. We will email you back with the Return Authorization Number along with instructions. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to you. You will then be liable for the return shipping charge and no refund will be given.
